Single screw extruder

SJSZ series counter-rotating conical twin screw extruder is mainly adopted for PVC water/electrical pipe production, as well as various kinds of PVC profile production. Powder PVC material readily mixed other additives is loaded from the extruder hopper into the barrel, where it gets melt, cut and compounded through electric heating and screw rotating – a process defined as plasticizing. The melt flow of material then gets pressurized in the confluence part of extruder and finally obtains an initial product shape through the die head.
