WPC profile production line

Wood plastic composite profile, commonly known as WPC profile, is a novel type of product developed in coincidence with the idea of environment protecting and waste recycling. Plastic materials such as PVC, PE or PP is normally used as the main component, while the source of wood part can be various options, including wood dust powder, rice shell, straw, as well as other agricultural waste.

Presently WPC profile extrusion technology can be divided into one-stage extrusion and two-stage extrusion. The previous one is commonly adopted for production of those building materials, which do not have any special requirements on surface finished quality, such as flooring plate, angle profile, etc.
